エラー

原因

転送設定に使用している接続情報に登録したIssuer IDに、必要な権限が付与されていないときに発生するエラーです。

対処法

接続情報に登録したIssuer IDに対し、App Store Connect API側で「Reporting and Analytics」のFinanceの権限を付与してください。
